Below are our standard collection options. Please keep in mind that we will be happy to tailor something that fits your needs!
Option 1
The client is responsible for a flat percentage of the amount owed, regardless if the account is collected pre or post legal. All filing and Court assessed fees are paid by the client.

Option 2
Two different fees are assessed for this option; a percentage of the amount owed before legal and a different percentage if the account is turned for legal action. Again, all filing and Court assessed fees are paid by the client.

Option 3
Collection Bureau of Kansas (CBK) will always pay 100% of the face amount of the check, no matter what the time of collection. We feel that the person who wrote the bad check should pay the expenses associated with collecting it, not the merchant! We also offer rebates to help off-set your expenses (starting at $3.00 and up to $15.00). The rebate amount will depend on how many locations and how much business you have.

The Collection Bureau of Kansas offers you a seamless process from beginning to end. This process starts with a simple demand letter and, if needed, a civil action. The legal action will be filed by our attorney and allows us to pursue the people who have no intention of paying! Most agencies work accounts into the ground and are reluctant to forward accounts to legal. These agencies simply have fear of losing fees and, in turn, your accounts will sit with minimal action being taken.
